Fruit Melody
This is a delicious fruit salad for breakfast or any meal. Very light and juicy and in the end you are satisfied and healthy! And you thought I only make stuff that you have to spend 5 hours exercising to work it off! :o)
Here is what you need from bottom to top
Here is what you need from bottom to top
- 1 Green Apple
- 1 Red Apple
- 1 Pear
- 1 Banana
- 1-2 handfuls of Strawberries
- 1/4-1/2c. Sliced Almonds or Walnuts
- 1 Lemon to squeeze
- 1/4c. Sugar
- Hands to mix with!
