Fruit Melody

This is a delicious fruit salad for breakfast or any meal. Very light and juicy and in the end you are satisfied and healthy! And you thought I only make stuff  that you have to spend 5 hours exercising to work it off! :o)


Here is what you need from bottom to top



  • 1  Green Apple
  • 1 Red Apple
  • 1 Pear
  • 1 Banana
  • 1-2 handfuls of Strawberries 
  • 1/4-1/2c. Sliced Almonds or Walnuts
  • 1 Lemon to squeeze 
  • 1/4c. Sugar
  • Hands to mix with!
Wash Fruit, cut thin. Mix. Add the nut. Mix. Squeeze lemon over the fruit. Add sugar. Mix. Serve and Enjoy!
