Chocolate Covered Popcorn
This is a delightful dish that I thought of while making Lemon Popcorn. We love chocolate [who doesn't] and we ALWAYS have Almond Bark in our home! This is a hit for any and all!
Here is what you need from bottom to top!

- 1/2c. Kernels
- 1-2 tbsp Oil [I used Lemon Oil]
- 4oz or 4 blocks off your almond bark of Chocolate
- 1/2tbsp vegetable oil [can NOT be any other oil nor butter]
