Motza Pizzas (5 Minutes to bake)
It's been a while and a lot has changed!
I'm married to a wonderful man. He has 3 children and I have 2. Together we have 1 child left in the home (my son, 16). Ages ranging from 16-24. We also have a grandson who's almost 2.
I'm no longer a Christian and am now Agnostic. I am happy to have political and religious conversations.
So, about this meal...
We've been busy building our business(es) and I needed a distraction. I headed into the kitchen and just stood there. I opened up a cabinet and saw a box of Matzo Thins (crackers).
I've not thrown flavors and textures together in some time so I went for it!
Bake ALL of these pizzas the same; Baked for 5 Minutes @ 425 Degrees.
Matzo Pizza #1 - "Horseradish and Garlic Veggie"
Horseradish / Deli Mustard mixed with Mashed Ginger and Oil Oil spread on the bottom as the first layer.
Roasted Cherry Tomatoes torn and scattered along with Roasted Broccoli for the second layer.
Gochujang Infused Sea Salt Flakes sprinkled along the top, creating the third layer.
Horseradish Cheese grated atop that.
Fried Garlic lightly sprinkled to finish this pizza.
Matzo Pizza #2 - "Chimichurri and Sesame Oil Veggie"
Chimichurri mixed with Sesame Oil spread on the bottom as the first layer.
Roasted Cauliflower and Baby Carrots scattered along for the second layer.
Gouda Cheese grated atop that to create the third layer.
Fried Onion lightly sprinkled to finish this pizza.
Matzo Pizza #3 - "Candied Orange and Blueberry"
Candied Orange Peel w/Syrup spread on the bottom as the first layer.
Fresh Blueberries scattered along for the second layer.

Chris and Isaiah came home and snacked greatly on these pizzas. They said the flavors were wonderful and it was "sooooo gooooood!"
What will you create with Matzo Crackers (or similar)?
