Champagne Cake

 
This is a wonderful Champagne Cake! I made it for my 1 year wedding anniversary and my husband flipped out in excitement when he took a bite! It was light and yet it didn't crumble! The best part is...  if you took a gander at my ' White Chocolate Cake with Raspberries and Strawberries' then you already have the recipe! 


Here is what you need from bottom to top!

  • Cake recipe from 'White Chocolate Cake with Raspberries and Strawberries'
  • Instead of the Milk add 1/2 cup of your favorite Champagne.
  • Also do NOT add any cake flour as it will change the texture and will not come out the way it is intended to.
  • Use the Creamy Cream Cheese Icing that I listing with the previously stated cake recipe. 
  • 3oz. White Chocolate, shaved
Crazy. I already gave you the directions in the ingredients! Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes depending on your oven. Serve and Enjoy!
