Chocolate Chip Cookies

Who doesn't love CCC's??? "I hate Chocolate Chip Cookies", said no one ever!

Here is our secret. 

We mix all of the ingredients together with our clean eager hands! There is something beautiful about digging into a cookie batter. It is gooey and gritty, smooth and my mouth begins to water! Yumm! This will both make you feel like a kid and let you know if everything is mixed well.

We just used a brand name recipe from online. (Never had much luck with anything else). If you don't want a 'cake-y' cookie don't mix in a food processor. If you do, then by all means, do it! They are still good.

Then we fold in the Chocolate Chips. Why? Because it, no reason other than I like watching them distribute lol. 

If you have time and patience, let it sit in the fridge for an hour to bring it all together and 'harden' a bit.

What? (Shh) I have to do something while the cookies bake! Don't tell my friend Ginny about this slip-up. Oh never mind, I will bring her one before water aerobics lol! ;-)

Oh my! That is just heaven on earth!
