Quick Chocolate Bunt Cake

So my son was chomping at the bit to make the Jiffy chocolate muffins. So he decided, since it is New Year's Eve, he would make a bunt cake! (Yes, he is awesome!) 

His recipe:

Cake:

3 Boxes of Jiffy Chocolate Muffin Mix

(Prepare as directed)

Icing:

1 C. Powdered Sugar

1 TBSP. Lemon Juice 

2-4 tsp. Vanilla or Desired Extract

(Enough to get the right consistency)

Note - I have used lime in place of lemon and added powdered coco for a nice change! 

Bake as directed on the box, let cool, drizzle the icing (can warm it if needed) decorate if and as you wish!! Enjoy! 

It isn't much different than a cake mix except it isn't as 'crummy' and if you don't have cake but have Jiffy Muffin Mix of any kind you can use them this way! 

Looks better in person. I just thought about this, maybe mix some Nutella in the icing? (I just tried it for the first time today and OMG!)
